How Much Do You Charge?

Prices for our services vary depending on a number of factors including, location, time of the year and day of the week. Prices for our services start from £599 so please get in touch with your requirements and we’ll get straight back to you with an accurate quotation.

Are There Any Hidden Costs?

Absolutely not! The price that we quote is all inclusive of travel and applicable VAT.

Do You Require Food And Drink?

Although supplying us with food and drink isn’t part of our contractual requirements, it’s something that most people do for us and that we really appreciate. Especially if we’re playing more than an hour. Soft drinks and sandwiches are always a popular choice amongst the quartet.

Can You Play Outside?

Yes. That’s no problem. We have music stands with clips which stops our music blowing away in the wind. The only things that are a problem are hot sun and rain as they may damage our very expensive instruments. It’s always best to have a contingency in case of adverse weather conditions.

Can We Choose The Material That You Play?

You certainly can. Have a look at the repertoire list here on our website and once you’ve booked, fire us a list of pieces or some indication of the type of music that you’d like and we’ll tailor our programme to your requirements.

Are You Insured?

We carry £5m Public Liability Insurance as a quartet and we are all individually insured through the musicians union. Our Public Liability Insurance Certificate is available upon request.

What Happens If One Of The Quartet Is Ill/Unavailable?

Although there are four of us at each event, there are seven members of Unity which gives us ample ‘backup’ should someone be unwell or become unavailable. At every performance, Unity is led by either Dan or Sarah.

How Do We Pay?

Our standard payment terms are very simple. 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 50% of the balance is due 28 days before the performance. Alternatively, you can opt to pay with our ‘4-stage payment plan’ or simple monthly payments. Payment plans are interest free and don’t require a credit search. Payment is made via bank transfer or debit/credit card.
